Although a cross-stitcher for many years, Marcia started designing in 1993. Living in Alaska at the time and unable to locate cross stitch supplies or Alaskan designs motivated her to begin designing. Marcia now lives in Michigan and continues her work designing many different themes of Counted Needlework Designs and Machine Embroidery Designs as well.
Cross Stitch Wonders has original designs as well as cross stitch designs based upon the artwork of well known artists. The adaptations to cross stitch have been done with permission from the artists. These are not computer-generated charts, but careful adaptations of the original artwork.
